- A partnership-style collaboration between the public and private sectors
- Builds transparency
- Improves trade-facilitation efficiency, reducing time and cost
- Adds channels for communication, coordination, and resolving issues related to the Customs Department's operations
- Members are assigned a Customs Department Account Officer (AO) for faster coordination; register as a member with the Customs Department to receive benefits using the company's taxpayer registration application
