Terms and Conditions of Service for www.micegov.tceb.or.th

These Terms of Service are an agreement between the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization), hereinafter referred to as “TCEB”, on the one part, and the general registered member, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, for the use of the website “www.micegov.tceb.or.th”, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”. The User and the operator agree to be bound by and to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Clause 1. Registering as a member to use this Website is free of charge.

Clause 2. The User must keep the username and password appropriately secure, must not disclose them to others, and must not use them in any way that is contrary to the law, public order or good morals.

Clause 3. The User has the right to cancel or withdraw from the use of the Website at any time on their own. The service provider has the right to suspend or cancel the service to the User immediately if the User fails to comply with any one of these terms and conditions.

Clause 4. The User must strictly comply with the service provider’s terms and conditions for registration and use of the service, for the safety of the User’s personal data. Where such data is stolen, lost or damaged due to force majeure or otherwise not through negligence, the service provider has the right to disclaim responsibility for such damage.

Clause 5. The User agrees that the User’s information and details are accurate and true. If such information is found to be untrue, TCEB reserves the right to suspend the User’s use of the service without prior notice, and the User shall be responsible for any damage arising from providing such false information.

Clause 6. The User acknowledges that this Website is merely a channel for presenting business information and is free of charge to use, and that TCEB is not involved in, and has no duty or liability whatsoever relating to, the information provided, advertising, warranties or quality assurance. Accordingly, in the event of any complaint or dispute, the User shall be responsible for, and/or shall resolve, such complaint or dispute, and shall be liable for any resulting damage by themselves.

Clause 7. The service provider may send information or public relations news to the User through the registered e-mail address. The User has the right to receive such information or to withdraw from receiving it on their own. The service provider checks the information before every dispatch; therefore, if the User’s computer malfunctions, the User cannot claim any responsibility from the service provider.

Clause 8. The User acknowledges and accepts that any delay or failure by TCEB to exercise any right under the law or under this service shall not be deemed a waiver by TCEB of its rights, or a consent to any later breach of contract by the operator or the User.

Clause 9. The User acknowledges that any error and/or delay, whether arising from the computer system, the Internet, electronic devices, the mobile phone network or any other system related to this service, and/or any other similar cause arising from force majeure, shall not be used by the User as grounds for any claim for damages against TCEB.
