How it Works MICE Fast Track

  1. 1Go to the official portal: Link to www.businesseventsthailand.com
  2. 2Request support by filling in the Request for Support Form (RFS) at least 30 days before your event, at www.businesseventsthailand.com
  3. 3Submit supporting documents for review and approval of your support request.

Required Documents

  • 1. Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 30 days to 6 months of remaining validity and available pages for stamps
  • 2. TDAC QR code
  • 3. Application Form: A completed VOA application form (available at the airport immigration counter).
  • 4. Photograph: One recent passport-sized photo (4 x 6 cm) taken within a months. Background: Solid White only. No patterns or prints. No glasses for religious or medical purposes only
  • 5. Proof of accommodation in Thailand (e.g., accommodation bookings, invitation letters from family/friends in Thailand)
